We spent the first two days of our 訂房網站 staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable. One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway. Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day. Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect — a true 10/10 experience from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Miss Mai Anh. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Every aspect, from check-in to check-out, was handled seamlessly. We felt welcomed, valued, and completely at ease throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an excellent stay at DeLaMont Hotel. The staffs were very helpful, Special Compliments to MS Tung for making My Birthday a memorable one. The weather was very cold but we enjoyed it. The only set back was that there were no shops etc nearby. We will be back to SAPA again.

ผิดหวังนิดหน่อย service ที่นี่ดูไม่ค่อยพร้อม โรงแรมราคาค่อนข้างแพงนะ แม้แต่ครีมนวดผมยังไม่มี เคยพักถูกๆ 3-400 ในเวียดนามเหนือ กลาง ใต้ มาแล้ว ราคาถูกกว่ากันเยอะ แต่ครบทุกอย่าง พนักงานพร้อมมากๆ แม้แต่อุปกรณ์ปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นยังไม่มี ที่สำคัญ ไปหน้าหนาว!!! Heater ไม่มีจ่ะ อย่าหาไป สั่นแน่ๆ พอปิดกระจกก็ไม่มีอากาศหายใจอีก มุ้งลวดก็ไม่มี พอเปิดแมลงก็เข้ามา😥 ความสะอาด ความเรียบร้อยโอเค แต่การเดินทางไปโรงแรมค่อนข้างลำบากมากๆ ทางไปค่อนข้างเละ ชัน แต่โอเคเราเรียกแกรปแทน แต่ถ้าใครจะมาพักแนะนำ pistachio อะไรพวกนั้นดีกว่า นี่อยากลองรร.ใหม่ แต่ครั้งหน้าอย่าหาทำ😂 ทางเดินไปโรงแรมเละ เลอะ เป็นโคลนๆ มากๆ🤣

I enjoyed our 3-day stay in DeLaMont a lot! All the staff is really nice and friendly, receptionist Thiet helped us with everything we asked, so thanks a lot to him. THE ROOM The renovation is really fresh and stylish. The room is not too big, but it's enough space for two people. I really like that they added the lamp that warms up the air when you take a shower, that is very considerate as it can be very cold in the evening. THE LOCATION 1) It's 3 km from the city centre, which is not too far IF YOU CAN RIDE A SCOOTER. But if you need to call a taxi every time you want to go out, I'd find it rather annoying and expensive. We rented a manual motorbike from the hotel for 200k/day. I personally liked the location, the view is really nice and it's super quiet, you can sleep with the windows open. BREAKFAST I'd rate it 6/10. It starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:00. The options are limited, and many things are too oily for my taste. You can ask for a bowl of beef or chicken pho, but the noodles are cheap and spoil the taste of the dish. Upon arriving at DeLaMont Sapa Hotel after a five-hour car journey from Hanoi Airport, my wife and I, together with our three-year-old toddler, were warmly greeted at reception by Ms. Mai Anh, whose beautiful and welcoming smile immediately made us feel at ease. Ms. Mai Anh is highly fluent in English and thoughtfully guided us through the hotel amenities and recommended things to do around Sapa town, which was especially helpful as first-time visitors exploring a new destination. When we entered our booked suite with a balcony, we were pleasantly astonished by how tastefully designed and beautifully decorated the room was. The spacious balcony added to the overall comfort and charm of our stay. As we were looking for halal dining options in Sapa, we sought Ms. Mai Anh’s assistance. Despite GrabFood being unavailable due to the late hour, she went above and beyond by personally travelling to Sapa town to purchase fried rice and pizza for us. She even delivered the food herself to our room, along with bottled water that had turned cold in the frosty outdoor weather. Her dedication and kindness truly touched our hearts. The following day, she once again extended her exceptional service by helping to collect a personal delivery from Sapa town and placing it in our room while we were out exploring the attractions. Ms. Mai Anh exemplifies sincerity, warmth, and genuine hospitality. She possesses a remarkable personality and a heartfelt commitment to service excellence. DeLaMont Sapa Hotel is indeed fortunate to have such a wonderful individual as the face of their establishment. I would highly recommend Ms. Mai Anh as an invaluable asset in any field she chooses to pursue. Personally, I would not hesitate to engage someone of her beautiful, all-rounded character in any organisation. Ms. Mai Anh, I wish you all the very best in your future endeavours. The only thing missed was the confusion regarding the ckeanung of my room from my first to the second night. But for me was the best experience ever at the north of Vietnam and my first 訂房網站 to Sapa. Simply adored it next time coming during warm season to try the pool.

Хороший отель, чисто и красиво. Далековато от центра, но с такси нет проблем да и прогуляться пешком тоже отлично. Единственное, в номере бывало довольно холодно, странно что не предусмотрен обогрев.
